Susanne started her career as a professional chef in Switzerland 20 years ago and has since worked in international hotel chains around the world.
Now she is here in Cairns, devoting herself to her family shop and its many happy customers.
Susanne looks after the making of all those yummy salads, toppings and gourmet sandwiches.

Andreas is a professional baker and pastry chef with more than 20 years' experience, much of it in five star hotels around the world. But The Swiss Cake and Coffee Shop is not just a business - it is Andreas' passion.
Not many pastry chefs have a masters degree in their field, nor do many have as many ideas as Andreas, who is constantly bringing his latest creations out for his delighted customers.
"Perfect" is almost good enough.
Susanne and Andreas immigrated to Australia in January 1996 and are now Australian citizens.
They support The Salvation Army with their products.

Breakfast doesn't get much better than our fresh homemade Muesli, with or without cream.
Or maybe a croissant right out of the oven, or still warm breadrolls with butter, jam or honey.
If savoury is more to your taste, we can grill your croissant or roll with ham or bacon and cheese, plus any of our other extras.
A very popular lunch item is our range of fresh salads, which come with a choice of French or Italian dressing, with 6 different toppings.
Perhaps you feel more like a home-made bread roll or sandwich?
Ours are made with only the freshest ingredients for your takeaway or dine-in pleasure.
